RCV CV joints feature six points of engagement throughout the full range of motion—up to 45 degrees of articulation—providing maximum strength even at full steering lock.
The latest CV design for the JL Dana 44 is 18% larger than the previous-generation Dana 44 model and is built using architecture derived from the Dana 60. Testing confirms that these axles are over twice as strong as OEM shafts, offering unmatched reliability even with oversized tires and high-output powertrains. Direct Fit with FAD Compatibility
The CVJ44-JL-FAD axle set is a direct replacement for factory shafts in Jeep JL Wrangler Rubicon and JT Gladiator Rubicon models and retains full compatibility with the Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) module. No modifications are required, and no warning lights appear on the dashboard.
