Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2007-2018 reinforcements of the DANA 44 front axle and steering knuckles, welded from above on the bridge tubes, connect to the massive casing of the axle head and externally support the spring bases. This creates a stiff and compact structure. The external elements, when welded to the steering knuckles, protect them against bending. Additionally, the set includes an HD trackbar mount, welded and tightened to the original mount and the bridge scabbard. It raises the factory mounting point of the Panhard upwards. The set also includes a steering damper socket in the HD version, which allows it to be mounted above the steering rack. Additionally, the element has the stabilizer link mounting moved up by 50 mm (the set also includes the left side for welding). The set also includes HD lower wishbone mounts for welding in place of the original ones, with the possibility of adjusting the height of the wishbone mounting point and its integrated lower cover. Made of structural steel sheet with a thickness of 5 mm and 6 mm. Delivered raw, unpainted, ready to be welded. Weight approx. 11.4 kg.

In cars in the 2.8 crd version without a suspension lift or with less than 3 inches, part of the welded reinforcement under the pan must be removed. engine oil to avoid collision with the reinforcement when the suspension is fully depressed.
