Allows for solid installation of the winch entirely under the factory bumper. We only cut out a hole in the bumper for the rope slide. The plate does not cover the air intake grille in the bumper for the radiator.
Opel Movano 2021 – winch mounting plate up to 12500 lbs. It fits completely under the factory bumper. There is only a rope slide outside. Bolted to the longitudinal members of the vehicle frame in place of the front bumper beam. Made as one welded whole. Without any screw-on components. This allowed for high stiffness and low weight of this product.
Installation does not require drilling or welding. All screws needed for installation are factory installed on the car. Made of 6 mm thick structural steel sheet. Shot-blasted and powder-coated in two-layer technology with structure. It has a cutout under the winch drum to facilitate the removal of dirt from the rope.
